For the purpose of these Terms of Use we use the words “Regusafe”, “we” or “us” to refer to the service brand and operator of the Website.
These Terms of Use are the binding legal agreement between you, visitor of our Website and/or user of our Services as defined below (the “Customer”, “you”), and “Regusafe”.
By accessing, browsing, and using the Website and/or ordering and using the Services, the Customer irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). Further, the Customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the use of the Website and Services. Regusafe provides a platform through which Customers may request services and products related to corporate and personal identity verification, document review, and professional services delivered by third-party providers (the “Services”). Regusafe hosts and operates the Website where such Services can be accessed and requested.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services at any time without prior notice. Regusafe shall not be liable to any party for any such changes or interruptions.
2. Your License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Regusafe hereby grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable license to access the Website and use the Services only for your internal business and personal purposes. The Website and Services can be used by individuals and legal entities (the “Customer”) subject to eligibility requirements: To be eligible, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and be able to form legally binding contracts. Regusafe does not warrant or make any representations regarding suitability, availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any material of any kind contained within the Website or Services. 8. Refund Policy
In the event you make a purchase for any Services but change your mind the following Refund Policy applies. If we have not started performing your order, we will refund all monies paid to us, provided the refund notice is given within the same business day (CET) of the purchase date. No refund is given if you request for refund on the next business day of purchase or later. If we started performing your order but did not make legalization, translation or delivery, these amounts will be refunded in full. Payment to government institutions (Companies House and others) or to registered agents and other third parties are NOT refundable starting the next business day of the purchase. 9. Limitation of Liability

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Regusafe and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, service providers, suppliers, distributors, licensors or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or otherwise making available the Website, Services and data, harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, action or liabilities, litigation costs and legal fees, arising from or related to the use of the Website, Services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, Latvia for the resolution of any disputes which may arise under these Terms. All proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Regusafe and the Customer. Regusafe reserves the right to assign its obligations and duties to any person or entity. Any notice or other communication between the parties shall be in writing in the English language and sent to Regusafe’s address contained in these Terms with the use of any mean allowing proof of receipt.
